Welcome to the Meal Plan!
 

Food is excellent! Not having to prepare it yourself is even better!

Chris Malec, a professional chef, will be serving 5 meals and a snack to be served over the course of the weekend. The schedule of meals is listed below. 
You do not need to purchase a pre-registration to purchase a meal plan ticket. Meal plan tickets will be available until the Wednesday before each event and the menu will be updated here.

Meal Plan for December 2018:

 

Friday Dinner: Cheesy tater-tot casserole with black beans, onions, and peppers.

Saturday Breakfast: Self-serve hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, peanut butter and bread. Breakfast items will be located inside the large kitchen.

Saturday Lunch: Egg Salad Sammitch, Chex mix, Pasta Salad, and an Apple.

Saturday Dinner: Dirty Yorker Rice, with mushrooms, onions, garlic, peppers, and (floor) spices.

Sunday Breakfast: Self-serve hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, peanut butter and bread. Breakfast items will be located inside the large kitchen.

How it Works:

We know how hard it can be to make it to the kitchen during a set time, so we will be making life a little easier for you. 

Meals will be served for one half hour at each time slot. When you come to pick up your food, get your name checked off on the list.

Once that time period is over, everyone who has not picked up their meal will be able to find it packaged and labeled in the fridge closest to the kitchen in a take-away box. You will be able to come by at any point during the weekend, once the listed time has passed, and pick up your meal. 

In most cases, if it requires reheating or preparation, there will be instructions left taped to the door of the refrigerator. 
A microwave will be available in the side/coffee room for anyone with a meal plan that needs to heat their food. (You can still use this microwave if you are not on the meal plan, meal plan people just get dibs.)

It is our hope that this will make it easier for everyone on the meal plan to take advantage of their purchase and stay fed through the event.
